Cell Phone Policy:

Dress Code Policy:

  • No cellphone use during rehearsal. We ask the the students keep their phones in their bags during the 5:30 - 8:30 PM rehearsal time.

  • Black Bottoms (No shorts).

  • Black, gray, white, or pink t-shirt (No midriffs).

  • Dance Shoes (You can wear clothes toes shoes before dance shoes arrive).

  • As a reminder,

    Each family is required to volunteer 10 hours during tech week and recommended to serve 10 hours before. If you have questions about volunteer roles don't hesitate to contact me on GroupMe. We'd love to get you in a position best suited to your abilities!

    1. Deadline to order costume undergarments/ tights/ shoes, make-up etc. Friday, January 13th. Send your order to ccmusicaltheater2014@gmail.com. Order form link HERE. It might be easiest to print, fill out and send a pic of your order. We will contact you with your total and to arrange payment.

Where are rehearsals held?

Rehearsal will be held at The Bridge Church in Bixby.

Where will the performances be?

All performances of Pirates of Penzance will be held at Destiny Church.

What are the Tuition and Fees?

o  Workshop: $20

o  Tuition: $275 ($75 @ audition, balance due 1/16)

o  2nd child discount 10%

o  3rd child discount 20%

If my child has to miss rehearsal, who do I contact?

Be prepared to have your cast member at every rehearsal. If you have a conflict please make us aware on GroupMe or by emailing ccmusicaltheater2014@gmail.com.

Do I have to volunteer?

We ask that all families volunteer. If you cannot volunteer no problem! There is a $100 buyout. Please check out the volunteer opportunities. We feel certain you’ll find a time commitment to fit your schedule.

Are there internships available?

Yes! We are pleased to offer internships. Please email ccmusicaltheater2014@gmail.com if you have a student interested.

Are there additional expenses?

Yes. Make up, Hair accessories, undergarments, and dance shoes.

Optional: shout out / candy gram / show tickets.

Will my child participate in all rehearsals? How do rehearsals work?

Yes, we recommend they come with an activity or school to practice. There will be down time when the cast members are waiting for their song/scene to be rehearsed.

Are Cell Phones Allowed?

Not during rehearsal. Students will be required to keep them in their bags and/or put away until practice is over.

Is CCMT non-profit?

  Yes! We need your help to find sponsors and to sell and/or purchase shout outs and ads in the play bill!

What is Tech Week?

This is the week before the show. Practices include full hair, makeup and costumes, in addition to lights, stage props, music, etc. Practices are typically daily for much longer periods of time. We will be asking for more help from parents during this week.

Does CCMT offer scholarships?

Yes! We are pleased to announce that CCMT has started a scholarship fund. If you are interested in applying, please contact ccmusicaltheater2014@gmail.com.

What does Cantabo mean?

Cantabo is Latin for “I will sing”. We believe that singing is such a wonderful way to share art with the world and to worship God in the process.
